location is the best, only a 5 min drive to downtown but quiet neighborhood. Also the events are really good

I took a tour here the other day and the entire office staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. This is a great apartment with the location I'm looking for, and nice walking trails nearby.

I’ve lived at The Guthrie for about a year. There has been some turnover in the staff, but the overall upkeep of the property hasn’t been compromised. I utilize their coffee machine every morning, which is great, and in the pool area is really nice to be around when it’s warmer outside. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting to be near, but far enough from the city.

I have toured The Guthrie and had a very pleasant experience. When you drive up, there is plenty of parking which I have found to be a bit problematic when looking at apartments in the nearby area, specifically downtown. The office smells great, and the staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions and the A3 floor plan they showed me was great. I’m still on my search, but this is definitely at the top of the list!
