So far the experience has been really good. Maintenance is great, the apartments are nice, it’s quiet and walking distance from some great places to eat and shop, and the communication is good which I lacked at my previous place. The only downsides would be the elevators are a bit slow and are out of service a bit. The garage (someone else hit from my understanding) but is still is out of service. Treadmills need some tuning. Otherwise a great spot

Echo is a great place to live. I love the apartment floor plans. So much light and space. I also think the maintenance team is one of the best, very efficient, kind and timely.

Very nice apartments! I only recently moved in, so my experience is limited. But I appreciate how clean the building is, my unit seems very well maintained, I haven't seen any bugs. The price of rent is quite high, but there are no surprise fees.
