I escaped out of their infested apartment 3 months after my move-in and they refused to let me out of the lease because they believed "it's not that bad'!! Their buildings are infested by German roaches and there's nothing you can do to get rid of them! So I did a regular move-out with a penalty fee.
PLUS, they charged me with a lot of made-up fees after move out!! I barely lived in that gross apartment!! When I told them I never did these damages they just said these damages were not listed... on the inventory form! they are real SNOBS!

Never again...
I have been living at Bradford Pointe for almost a year, and I will NOT be renewing my lease. The "controlled access" is gates that are never closed. Every couple of weeks or so, there is either no hot water, or no water at all. Have had to put in 2 repair orders for an electrical outlet in the second bathroom because it was "working when they checked it". They also removed 2 parking spot from near the mailboxes, which are in desperate need of repair, in order to put n some kind of hub. Like... parking wasn't bad enough.I have lived in several different apartment complexes in my day, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great First Year
I've lived here at bradford pointe apartment for going on 4yrs. The apartment is a great size, maintenance is pretty reliable, parking is rare, but the new office staff have been less than helpful. And at times hard to get anyone on the phone to answer a couple of questions. And the rent has continuously gone up.
