Elysiana is the best- highly recommend
I completely disagree with the negative reviews here because this complex is amazing. A huge part of that is Elysiana, who is incredibly kind, helpful, and always goes above and beyond. She is an absolute asset to this community and deserves a raise and recognition for her hard work. Management is incredibly lucky to have someone so dedicated, and her exceptional service makes living here a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Great apartments and location
I recently toured at The Copeland and had a wonderful experience. I am newer to Austin and want to make sure I take full advantage of a walkable area with easy access to all that Austin has to offer. The Copeland is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing place to live, great amenities, and an awesome leasing team. I cannot wait to move into my new home.

Great Experience
I've lived at The Copeland for a little over a year and love it! I wanted to live near the Domain, but not directly in the Domain due to all the traffic. The Copeland is just close enough, but not too close. I can pop over in under a minute and get in and out. You can hear the train, but after a couple of weeks I don't even notice it anymore. The property is beautiful, the people in the office are very friendly, and I love that there's no carpet in the apartment. Definitely recommend!
