Bugs everywhere..hallways, stairwells and elevator are absolutely disgusting at all times. Never received swimming pool access information, not enough parking, garage always has an overbearing nauseating smell especially by the buildings MAIN ENTRY door due to rotting garbage, garbage is always piled up right outside the main entry door by the pillar and is rarely removed..the pile just keeps getting bigger and bigger. All of these things listed above, can very easily be taken care of, it... wouldn’t take much effort, but for some reason, it’s OK to leave all of this as is. Since moving in last month, I have swept the elevator at least three times because it’s so disgusting. And no scenario should I have to do that unless it is my own mess and it has never been my mess. There was a tine, literally in the hallway that I have to take every day to get to my apartment and delete my apartment that sat there for three weeks… There’s no excuse for this actually there’s no excuse for any of it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience at the property has not met your expectations.
We had previously scheduled an appointment to discuss your concerns in more detail;... however, you did not attend. Because of that, we were surprised to see these concerns raised again without having had the opportunity to speak with you directly.
We would be happy to meet with you to provide additional insight into the property's operations and address your concerns. We also want to recognize that our maintenance team works diligently each day to keep the community clean and well maintained.
In response to your feedback, we have removed the trash receptacle that was previously located in the garage to help reduce any odors in that area. Regarding the elevators, our team cleans them on a regular schedule during the workweek. Since staff is not on-site during weekends, we also rely on residents to help keep these shared spaces clean between scheduled cleanings.
We also wanted to address your comments regarding parking. We were surprised by the statement that there is no parking available, as we typically observe more than 30 vacant parking spaces on the property each evening. If your concern is specifically about the complimentary covered garage parking, those spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not assigned. We understand that these spaces may not always be available during peak times, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you would like to discuss your concerns further, we encourage you to schedule another appointment with the office. We would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you, provide additional information, and answer any questions you may have.

The process of getting an apartment is quite extensive, but the price is unbeatable for a new unit. There are minor issues such as trash being left on the ground by other residents and the gym not being open 24/7, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. Additionally, they constantly host events to engage with residents and help us out with access to many resources.

The apartments look pretty and safe generally, but the halls are not clean enough. And I don’t like the messy people that leave the pool really dirty and listen too loud music on weekends, they must been seeing through the cameras and be punished because don’t fallow the rules of the building and make the rest of the tenants uncomfortable

Nice place to live very spacious and lively place inside. Staff is awesome! The pool is always full but it could be deeper but it’s nice! Parking is the only hassle here. People fight to be under the carport.
