No AC for 3 weeks last summer and now not hot water for 8 days.

This is my second review, the apartment said I had to remove my first review if I wanted to renew my lease.

I am posting a new review with a copy of my original as a fair warning to any potential future tenants. Today is now DAY 8 of NO hot water. The "assistant manager" just emailed saying they're "working to address the issue" with no timeline and offered a $100 credit which is 6.9% of my rent for having no hot water for 8 DAYS with no timeline on a fix.

Below is my review:
I have lived at...
SoLa Flats and recommended it for months as they are town-home style apartments with a backyard which is perfect if you have a dog. They also were really fair on rent compared to other S Lamar apartments and the area.

Recently, a new owner purchased the property from GVA (old owner/management). Following the ownership and management change, I requested multiple times to move into a different unit as the side units have larger backyards. I finally was able to move into the unit I requested after over a week of a "make ready". Upon move in, 2/3rd's of the lightbulbs didn't work, the AC did not cool (which got progressively worse), the Euro washer/dryer that is in the unit and was cited as the reason for the rent increase did not work, the downstairs sink did not have hot water, there is a large gap in the fence between my neighbor and I and we both have dogs. Also, the downstairs ceiling fan did not function at all and the disposal sprayed water all over the kitchen when turned on.

The AC was just repaired this week (3 weeks into living here) and this past weekend it was 87 degrees in my bedroom. I had to look up the owner, contact him and complain and finally, someone was sent to add coolant to the unit on Saturday. The AC was finally replaced Tuesday.
It's really a bummer seeing this place treat their tenants so poorly and not upkeep the apartments. As I write this, I do not have a washer/dryer which I am paying increased rent for and there is still a large gap in the gate which a person could easily climb through. In my latest correspondence with the owner of the management company, the lady stated that "the AC took priority".

I am not one to write reviews, especially negative reviews but as more people move out and future tenants consider living here, consider this review.

I was incredibly happy living here under the previous management and had no issues until I moved into an apartment with basically nothing working and have waited weeks for repairs.
