Overall this is a nice apartment complex...the office staff is amazing & maintenance actually get thing's done...the residents are friendly.

I've been living at the Pointe at Ben White apts since 2015 on Christmas eve. I've had mostly a peaceful stay for the most part. I mean they had its goods n it's bads. Like car break ins over loaded trash that b everywhere around the bumper, high water bills, not so good maintenance n some staffs that already left. I hate it when knew management comes. My water bill more then doubles. Not sure y. They're no link r anything. Really like Diana the assistant manager. Really came n and ran the... office professionally. She made a great turn around. The maintenance not so good rn tho. Just being honest. I hope this don't affect my stay. But u said b honest huh.

New and afordable apartments
Good location, very friendly and helpful staff at the leasing office, the apartments are nice and with big closets, full kitchen appliances and on a perfect conditions. every cent worth it !!

No Full-Time Students
They don't except full time students unless you're a single mother or married. Kind of heart broken because these are very nice and close to school and work.
