This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I chose to live here knowing management was poor because it was a little bigger and looked a little nicer than similarly priced places. Huge mistake. For months at a time washing machines were broken, filled with water and smelled terrible. It took months to get things fixed by maintenance. There were a few things that I simply gave up on getting fixed. My heating and AC broke multiple times. My mailbox was broken and didn't lock for at least 6... months before I was able to get it fixed. The emergency maintenance line is not answered. I had a a serious emergency in my apartment on a Saturday night, called the maintenance line 5 times, and the apartment complex did not call me back until Tuesday, and even then, the employee I talked to had no concern for my safety. (luckily the gas company was much more responsive). After all of this, and still being a perfect tenant, the last year I lived here I was told my rent was being raised for the next year and that I had 3 days to decide if I was going to re-sign my lease.
