I love the Nichols Park Community, it's a quaint community that reminds me of the old Austin. It's a quiet community even though it's right off of MoPac and has all the shopping you need all around are little area.

I am so happy to have moved here. The gals in the office are so kind, helpful, and patient with me. I have met a few nice neighbors and I love that this community is in walking distance to my church, library and trails.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The move in was easy and the complex is well cared for. I was pleasantly surprised by how dog friendly the complex is.
