So far so good. A little early to give five stars but office staff has been very helpful so far. Any issues I’ve had have been solved. The amenities are great here. I love the little market we have upstairs and it will be cool to see it expand in the future. So far I really like it here.

I felt it was important to share how management handles significant resident issues and the level of consideration provided to the resident experiencing them.

My unit was impacted by a leak that did not originate in my unit. Shortly afterward, I lost the use of my primary bedroom closet, hall closet, and dedicated study space for weeks. As of this review, I still do not have full access to those areas, and I am approaching a month of living through construction inside my home.

During... construction, my personal belongings were moved from my closets into my bedroom and living room without my knowledge or consent, significantly reducing my ability to use my apartment. Despite repeatedly requesting updates, I was not provided clear information about the scope of work or a reliable completion timeline. It wasn't even until today (7/1) that I was given an estimated completion date.

For nearly a month, portions of my apartment have remained under construction with exposed framing, unfinished drywall, removed carpet, etc. This has been treated as an "inconvenience" by management, but it has been a prolonged disruption and loss of use of the apartment I pay full rent to occupy. I rarely received proactive updates and often had to reach out repeatedly for information. I was not given a consistent schedule for vendor access.

My water and air conditioning were shut off without notice for several days during Austin heat, requiring me to stay elsewhere. I received hotel reimbursement for that period, which addressed the utility outage but not the weeks of construction and restricted use that preceded or followed.

The condition vendors left my apartment was also unacceptable. Contractors used my bathroom multiple times & left it in an unsanitary condition requiring me to clean & disinfect it myself. Construction dust & debris were repeatedly left behind after work concluded for the day.

Temporary storage was also discussed. While I appreciate the efforts made, offering storage acknowledges that a resident’s usable living space has been compromised. It does not address the weeks of disruption caused by ongoing construction.

The most disappointing part of this experience has been the lack of customer service and consideration. I expected transparency, communication, and accountability when dealing with an issue outside of my control. I really love this complex. It's very quiet and so far the people I have met here are very friendly. The location is really unmatched too! My only issue with this complex is the package system. We did have a package room, but once delivery personnel were stealing packages, now packages go to the leasing office. While that was a good short term solution, we need luxer package lockers so we can grab our packages on our own time and not just when the leasing office is open.

Also, could management remind residents about the noise policy and enforce penalties when needed? The noise has been getting out of hand lately

Complex has a great Clean environment, it seems like the team keeps up with it, I had visited a couple months ago and came back and saw it’s still very nice and clean and it smells amazing every where you walk
