I was initially quoted a lower price for the apartment I was interested in, but when the unit became available, the price was increased. Additionally, the assistant community manager, Chris , overpromised an amenity that was never provided.
I am disappointed with the level of customer service and the lack of follow-through on commitments. I tried talking to Denisha but she was not help either.
