This place is in a great location. The pool is beautiful with two gas grills and the gym is a good size and well equipped. The grounds are well maintained and the office staff is very friendly.

This apartment complex is absolutely horrendous, from the maintenance to the management. All they really care about is the money, they have no regard for the tenants or the issues within the apartments. My cabinets are rotted and broken and have been since 10 months ago when I moved in, my roommate and I both brought this issue to the front office numerous times and was told that people would come to fix it for months; no one ever did. The apartment is also completely roach infested and there... are issues with practically everything, from the hot water to the back door not locking. On top of all of this, they gave me no notice that I would have to put in a 60 day notice to move out and are now trying to squeeze two more months rent out of me when I have already started moving out of Austin and plan to officially move out in a week. I am only 19 years old and this was my first experience moving out on my own and boy did they take advantage of my ignorance in the world. These people have no regard for customer service. I’ve had maintenance issues from my apartment flooding due to plumbing issues and it continues to happen. People in the office don’t care and definitely aren’t helpful. Also contacted the corporate office, same exact results.

The place has absolutely no parking and the management would rather tow your car than do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here!
