Great Experience

My experience was awesome! I met with Lily and she was very thorough and answered all my questions. The property is clean, the tour wasn’t rushed. Overall, positive vibes! I think, I found my new home.

WASP AND SCORPION INFESTATION

If you value your sanity, DO NOT MOVE HERE. We have had nothing but problems since the day we were handed our keys.

This place is infested by wasps, just one cursory glance at any of the buildings will provide evidence of this, but the worst is buildings 18 and 19.

The Pest control company that we pay for with rent is A JOKE. I’ve never met people who do their job less than this pest control company. Office staff and manager has tried to make pest control do something, but it’s been like...
pulling teeth and they’re tired of dealing with it. I’m tired of it too and I wish I could give up as they seem to be doing. But I can’t. I live here. With about 30 wasps INSIDE my bedroom in the past month and a half.

There is also a scorpion infestation!! We’ve only been here two months and have already had to deal with several scorpions. Last night, there was a baby one in my living room. We could not even sleep in our own apartment!! I am so afraid every single day!

I have had no peace of mind since moving in. I’ve talked to and visited the office dozens of times now, and all I hear back is “we’re still waiting on a response from the pest control company.”

The pest control company can not help you. They are NOT equipped to deal with a serious pest issue. They showed up with a rickety ladder and a stick to take care of the wasp infestation, left without knocking down the nests, and then LIED to the leasing office and said they took care of the problem.

I’m already stuck here in my lease, but PLEASE save yourselves. Do NOT live here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is not a home, it's strictly a business. They do not care about you or your property. Our car was stolen this weekend and no response and no way to contact anyone. They delayed our move-in date for a month (leaving us homeless until we found a temporary space) and when we did finally move in to this brand new apartment, the air conditioner wasn't working, the oven not working, etc. Valet trash service is spotty, mail gets returned b/c they won't update their information,... wild boar were roaming the property (seriously) and it's a nightmare to get anyone to respond or resolve anything. If you are a fan of multiple property wide text message a day reminding you of all the property rules but no support and a I don't give a care attitude, then this is the place for you.

Good afternoon Ms. Clubb and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are so sorry this happened to you. We had an appointment on Monday to meet with you and walk through your options. However, that conversation was not allowed to take... place because you abruptly ended the meeting and left the office. You said what you had to say while not giving management the opportunity to do the same. You originally reached out to our office over the weekend when we were closed. We did not return to the office until this Monday morning in which we attempted to address your concerns. We encourage any resident with an issue like yours to contact law enforcement directly as there is only so much we can do as the property management team. You demanded that your requests be completed by end of day. It was explained that it wasn’t a guarantee we could meet that demand as we need more time to do our due diligence. We are absolutely willing to assist in any way we can, it just takes time to comb through hours of video footage. Regarding the wild boar you mentioned, there was one sited back at the beginning of construction on the neighboring property, but there has never actually been one on our property. We do not have any control of the wildlife in the area but have made the siting known to residents. All of our addressing information is up to date online, with the city, and with the post office. With new construction and new addresses, there are always hiccups with mail delivery. We have done everything on our end and suggest you speak directly with the post office if you continue to have issues. We have always responded to your concerns in a timely manner and are willing to effectively continue this conversation if you wish. Wonderful Apartment Complex!

Wonderful apartments! I am currently in another state and was so glad they had virtual tours on their website and plenty of pictures. I called and worked with a leasing agent named Ashly and she was amazing. She had great customer service, answered my questions, was very kind and went far and beyond. The apartment complex is beautiful and it’s great that they have great staff as well!
