It's in a nice location. The staff is helpful. The office is clean. The park and splashpad are a nice touch for the kids. I haven't gone to the fitness center yet, but if it's anything like the pictures, it'll be awesome.

I like how low the rent is compared to any other apartment complexes here in Austin. I also like the fact that it’s 16 minutes from my job in DelValle.

Need to do some actual updates I've been here since 2012-2013 and nothing has been changed I definitely would love and appreciate my carpet being pulled up and changed to wooden or laminated floors please please please
