There seems to be no option for zero stars. My AC was constantly broken. The building was sold at some point and the new management company (really a one-woman-show) was abrasive and rude. After living there for over six months, I came back from coffee with a friend and my car was being towed! No notice, no reason given. My friend and I had to pay the tow truck $150 just to remove it from the truck. Management NEVER paid me the $150 back because I didn't have an "invisible" car sticker (which... didn't exist) and even after I showed proof of putting my year, make and model on my lease. Best advice, avoid at all costs.

Great Location and Nice on the inside
This location is close all the major thoroughfares in North Central Austin. The neighborhood is quite and the interiors look great. The new ownership has really turned this into a great place to live.
