The neighbors are junkies that have their fellow tweaker/heroin buddies terrorizing the complex. My vehicle has been broken into countless times that I don’t keep anything in my car nor unlocked. Trash everywhere. Laundry room has been broken for over a year. The mailboxes have been broken for almost a year. We are forced to have mail forwarded to the post office and it’s not the one right around the corner as that’s too much of a convince for us. Strung out homeless people sleeping on our... stairwells. Kids throwing rocks all afternoon. Pool is basically never cleaned or is closed. My vehicle has been towed 3 times with no refund or apology. Property manger is unfriendly and rude. Everything has gone down hill since property management has changed. The payment portal is constantly either changing or crashed down so we are forced to pay via money order.
