Typically when you go do a tour the girls or staff are in a hurry , very laid back and nice. Very communicative through the application process and going pray and leave in GODs hands and I know they are trying hard. So hopefully I get approved and become a resident and by the way they have great deals. That area is pretty safe with good schools so is a bargain. Thanks again and see you soon

Incredible Turnaround Story
I can confidently say this place is experiencing a fantastic turnaround. Located in a great spot with incredible schools is located on 12300 Hymeadow Dr in North Austin, the community is now under new management, and the difference is night and day.
The new team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They’ve brought a fresh energy to the property that’s hard to miss. You can tell they’re making serious efforts to improve not just the buildings and amenities... , but the entire community experience.
Maintenance requests are handled promptly, the grounds are looking better and better, and the communication from the office has been outstanding. They’re truly turning Chesapeake into a place people are proud to call home.
If you’re considering living here — or maybe moved out before due to past issues — now is the time to give it another look. Chesapeake is on the rise, and I’m so glad to be here to see the transformation happen. Kudos to the new management team for leading the charge with professionalism, warmth, and a clear vision for the future!

Rat Infestation
Do not rent here unless you want rats and mice eating everything you own and be charged over 5,000 dollars when you leave because you were told there's nothing pest control can do about the rodents. Not safe living conditions at all! HUGE health hazard.

Gone downhill
Place has gone to crap since new management came in. That pool snazzed up with the camera filter? Closed by the city for health violations. Used to be a quiet place, now dogs are barking at all hours of the night. Email I got, not joking: Front office is closed to residents, conduct all communication through email. Really a shame how fast this place went downhill.
