Cannon South is the perfect balance between location and affordability. I love how easy it is to grab dinner at a nearby restaurant, run to the store, or hop on public transit without having to deal with long commutes. It makes living here super convenient and saves me so much time. Plus, the rent is very reasonable compared to other apartments in Austin—I honestly don’t think you can find better value for the area. I’ve been really happy living here.

I’ve had a great experience living at Cannon South Apartments! The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like home. What really sets this place apart is the management — especially Marie. She is incredibly helpful, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it's handling maintenance requests or answering questions, she’s responsive, kind, and truly cares about the community. You can tell she takes pride in her role, and it shows in... how smoothly things run here. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment!

Wonderful place to live
I truly love living at Cannon South Apartments! The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. One of the biggest reasons I enjoy living here is because of the amazing staff. Marie in the leasing office is a gem—she’s always warm, welcoming, and goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of. From day one, she made me feel at home and continues to be helpful with anything I need. You can tell she really cares about the community and the people in it. Hector from maintenance is... just as great! He’s always quick to respond, professional, and gets the job done right I’m so glad I chose Cannon South. It’s a wonderful place to call home!

Quiet, Cozy, and Well-Managed
I love this apartment!! it’s cozy, quiet, and well-maintained. Marie is amazing! She’s super welcoming, fast to respond, and made the whole process easy. She was a big reason I decided to sign. I’m really happy living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to call home.

Wonderful apartment complex
Wonderful complex, safe, affordable, great location. Marie cares about the tenants and is super responsive. The best apartment I’ve lived at in Austin by far.
