We love our apartment and the entire staff that has taken care of us since our initial rental appointment. Everyone is very professional, yet very friendly and personable. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Service is excellent. We also love the fun things they do for holidays, etc. for all of us residents.

Overall the maintenance support has collapsed over the last year or so. When I first arrived there were 6 or 7 full time uniformed crew now to 1 and a 1/2

Don’t live here
If you want to live in a place that constantly smells like weed, cigarettes, and has dog poop everywhere then this is the place for you. If you want a manager that ignores your calls and e-mails when you bring up these concerns this may also be the place for you. Oh yeah and if you want to pay a ridiculous amount per month for cheap and deteriorating finishes then this may be a match. If you want somewhere pleasant, clean and with a manager that actually cares look elsewhere. They do anything... but fix the problem and don’t even bother checking your emails it is always the same generic thing with no thought behind it when trying to “address” concerns brought to their attention. I wouldn’t tell anyone to live here ever.
