I’ve been living at Griffis SoCo for just under three months, and I can confidently say this has been one of the most stressful and disappointing housing experiences I’ve ever had. I moved to Griffis SoCo expecting a comfortable home with decent service and amenities. What I’ve experienced instead is neglect, unsafe conditions, and zero accountability. The emotional and physical stress this situation has caused has been overwhelming. I urge anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere.

HORRIBLE
Do not live here. Overpriced, homeless camps on every side of the building, including 15 feet away from mine. They fine you for not removing your trash can overnight but allow homeless people to steal your electricity and make the entire area disgusting. Management is a joke. The lead manager is overdue to be fired. Live anywhere else.

Great place to live
The units are updated and well maintained. Maintenance staff are on the ball. Front office staff are friendly and professional. The amenities are nice. The dog park is amazing. While slightly off the beaten path it's very easy to get downtown from this location.

Griffis at SoCo
This used to be Falcon ridge apartments but it was recently bought out. New management has been great. Work orders are completed in a timely manner and facilities are kept clean. All units are renovated. Only complaint is parking. Since there are not designated spaces that distinguish visitors from residents, i often have to park in front of a different building and hike over to my building. Visitors tend to get the good parking spots. However, if I get home before 6:00 then it usually isn't a... problem.

Relaxing complex
This complex has a great green belt that it backs up to, a nice sized dog park with plenty of space for dogs to run around. The volleyball courts is a nice addition as well. You will be able to join some pick-up games on Monday afternoon's. The one tip that I will give you is, don't count on using the outside restrooms near the pool. You'll thank me later.
