Quiet, filthy, convenient

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my experience here. While the location is convenient, the apartment's cleanliness is subpar, and maintenance issues are rarely addressed. Communication with the front office has been frustrating, leaving me feeling unvalued as a tenant.

I'm eager for my lease to end (like many others here)

I don’t know?

First I want to say I’m grateful for life but in these apartments there is a lot of things that needs fixing like the maintenance man and how efficient he is in his work. I felt sorry for him because it seems he was just figuring it out as he went along. He still hasn’t finished my bathroom wall were the hooks were. Security, for the amount of rent paid we should not be living in a roach motel. I am not sure if another tenant brought the roaches with them or not but I’m allergic to cockroaches... dander and their pest control isn’t worth much. The area is convenient with shops and the Domain nearby but maybe if they go down on rent it will be okay. I was placed in a unit that was subpar. I will not be renewing my lease.
