When we first moved in here
It was Amanda at that time management was awesome Steve was the best maintenance man around (he quit)
Things started to change when In 2019
When they sold the apartment to two different managements in one year
Trash always every where
This is the most dirtiest apartment in the neighborhood
Laundry facility don’t work
BUGSS literally lives here rent free
The cut off water without notice
FITNESS CENTER HAS NOT BEEN OPEN SINCE 2019... ( they lie to future residents that it is being renovated) that’s what they’ve been saying since 2019
I still pay for Membership else where
The pool is always close
This apartment deprives their tenant every amenity listed in order to avoid repair
Broken bottles at the parking lots
Not even safe to walk you dog
Raining season is absolutely the worst
You can’t walk to your car
Too many potholes
The other day I tried calling the leasing office standing in front of the office to see why they never answer the phone
She was literally seating there but didn’t answer the phone
Take it from me
Don’t even live here for free

I moved into these apartments because they are cheap. You get what you pay for... Staff was always very helpful and fast to fix my issues. Yes some apta have bedbugs. That is true anywhere you live. They treated my apt twice and I haveny had them since. Disposal broke and they fixed it the day of! Great for pet owners..no weight or breed limits. I dont do laundry on aite but there is a very nice laundromat across the street by HEB called Spin Cycle. Check it out! Overall pretty quiet area. ... Staff is very nice and super quick to respond to maintenance requests! The apartment is in a high crime area. My friends car got broken into on the side street. My apt had bed bugs but the office send a pest company out twice and I havent seen any since. With any apt, especially older ones, bed bugs can be an issue. Rent is cheap and you are seconds from downtown! Overall its a great spot to stay temporarily or if you are a student and dont mind the visual flaws.
