Worst apartment complex I have lived in and that says a lot. It has deteriorated over time and has become one of the worst neighborhoods in all of Austin. Construction has torn apart the entire area and starts early in the morning, there are vans and trucks throughout Quail Blvd behind the property that people live in and are loud throughout the night. The neighbors are loud and for a part of my lease there was a literal traphouse next door as my neighbor let people from the streets live next... door. Legitimately one of the worst complexes in Austin.
