No Parking. Rude Management

The parking situation is horrible. Often times having to circle around trying to find a space. Management’s solution was to rent a single unit garage for $150. You would think a newer apartment complex would have adequate free parking for its residents but they don’t. I regret moving here.

Frequent break-ins, management does NOTHING

I've lived here a long time and there are frequent break ins to tenants cars and in their garages. Management values money over anything and everything. Refuses to add extra security or cameras or lights and says it's not their problem. Took them months to fix the lights outside after someone had over $4,000 in merchandise stolen from their work car. On the outside looking in it is pretty and aesthetic but everything about it is fake. It is so unsafe to live here and many tenants are fed up with... the blatant negligence and disregard for anything and everything.

Don't move here

Management is terrible. The property is trashed all the time. Pool is close in the middle of summer. Save yourself a headache and stress. One step above a trailer park at this point.

Poor management

By far the worst management I have ever experienced. Save yourself the time and look somewhere else. They are currently building née apartments across the street and the construction noise is horrible.

Happy Renter: 1/BR, Pro's: amazing and timely maintenance

PAE is outstanding! I had less than 30 days to find housing before 3/1; new job. Thankfully, PAE was at the top of my list of places to view. I'm the type of person that chooses a new home based on its charm and the commute to work. In general complex amenities are not a priority for me. However, when I completed my tour of the grounds--impeccably maintained by the rockstar maintenance team, I was sold.

Pro's: amazing and timely maintenance (Mike is the BEST); super dog-friendly community and...
grounds (there's a dog park and numerous green spaces with baggie stations), views, and for the most part, it's quiet. Criticism: Shortly before the 2/21 Winter Storm, the complex was sold, and management changed and it was rough. The timing of a huge change like this is challenging, but more so during an energy crisis (ERCOT). The totally new leasing staff did their best, but communication wasn't great. Update/Present: the leasing staff and their service are exceptional! Happy renter!
