In an effort to move the company forward, Teresa became the Chief Operating Officer in March 2023. Teresa has a BA in government from the University of Texas at Austin. She has also increased her knowledge in the industry by obtaining the following designations and certifications: Texas Realtors Leadership Program Graduate (TRLP), Military Relocation Professional, Accredited Buyer Representative, Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, Broker Price Opinion Resource, and a Short Sales and Foreclosures certification. In order to make sure she stays at the top in the industry as it relates to private property rights and assisting consumers with their biggest investments, Teresa volunteers and holds several top positions at the National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors, and Austin Board of Realtors. Teresa currently serves as a National Association of Realtors (NAR) Director, a Member of the NAR Housing and Financing Committee, the Texas Realtors Regional Vice President, the Texas Realtors Political Involvement Committee (PIC) Liaison, and a member of ABOR TREPAC Committee.
