The views in our apartment are the reason we selected it. Those haven't changed and is still an awesome thing to wake up to each morning. The community is a mixed bag of young people who like to party (doesn't bother us), younger families with kids (like us), and some older almost retired ages. On any give day at the pool you can find one or more of these groups. The school district is also great which was what had us looking in the area.

The issue is the management. We've been here about... 15 months now and the management team has completely turned over at least 3 times in that period. The newest team is learning, and things seem to be improving, but it has caused several headaches in the interim. Read More

We were notified about three weeks ago that there is a leak in the unit below ours and maintenance would need access to our unit. No other information was provided. That same day, I came home to two huge holes in our kitchen- One above the sink (uncovered) and one directly behind the sink faucet (covered with a trash bag I guess?).

After contacting the leasing office, we were told that maintenance would be coming by to fix the holes the next day. As you can guess, that did not happen. I went up... there a couple times as well because trying to get anyone to answer the phone is impossible. Long story short, we’ve been getting the runaround as to when these holes are going to be fixed, and considering how much we pay for this unit- that’s NOT acceptable. We were also told that they have over a dozen units that need patching.

Oh yeah, and just to add to the inconvenience of crating our dogs for 10+ hours a day, we found a few new creatures in our apartment.. Mold and centipedes! I took the liberty of covering the holes myself with cardboard because we don’t want anything else growing/getting inside of our unit.

If you want to keep your residents happy, the least you could do is communicate. Being short staffed is one thing, but continuously being untruthful about when you are going to fix something just flat out disappointing.

Management is running around with their heads cut off, no one truly seems to understand exactly what they are doing. You have to constantly baby sit them in order to achieve any tiny task. The other comments are true. Call? Won't get an answer. Email? Won't get a reply unless you get a regional manager involved. A clear case of the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Mail room was broken into several times. Gate was broken for over a year. Finally repaired it, but clearly didn't... have an organized plan to get it operational for the community. Leasing office turnover is high and experience is also non-existent.

Management is grossly incompetent, if you need anything done, simple or not. You literally have to get ahold of the regional manager.

The views are incredible, maintenance has improved. Overall management is indisputably horrendous and makes what could be a great place infuriating.

I recently moved to this area, and I love the views from my apartment. I also love that they've improved the pool area after I moved in. Can't wait for summer!

I have lived here a long time and almost left last year due to issues going on. Luckily, a new staff arrived near the end of last year and have changed everything. They really care and are improving the entire property. I will be renewing again.
