The people in the office are really nice and they seem to really care about us, not just collecting our rent. They’re always friendly even when they’re out walking around. This place is unprofessional and rude. The lady at the front desk had an attitude the whole entire time while checking up on my apartment application. She was saying that I have to wait 2 weeks for compliance to get approved. It’s been 2 weeks already and this week was supposed to been the move in week and she said that I have to wait 2 more weeks basically have to wait a whole nother month when I submitted my application beginning of February. I live here and I can they are horrible! The office lady is rude, unprofessional, the manager loses your payments and work orders. And the maintance people can't do did anything without breaking something else.. Not to mention you have to put in 3 work orders to get a response and even then it's iffy

They need to rebuild all builds and spray for all bugs.

The best kept secret in town. I love the staff. They are understanding and very helpful. They have been there for me every step of the way these past 6 years. That's the reason ive stayed so long. Excellent community for kids to grow in.
