Recently moved and the Manager on the property got my lease processed and approved very quickly. Utilities and Internet was also quick to setup. Main issue cam with contractors and maintenance crew. Seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and some issues with minor fixes being finalized. Office staff is very pleasant and good to deal with.

Ladonna is the best leasing agent ever
The application process was a breeze working with Ladonna. 3 days and I was toured, applied and approved! The units are nice, upgraded, and very quiet neighborhood.

Love my new apartment!
LaDonna, was quick with getting me into my apartment & great with keeping me updated with my move in date.
Ms Victoria (Property Manager) was very welcoming & nice!
Brandon the maintenance man, was also very cool . Replaced my key with no problem !

DONT DO IT!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! I moved in October 2022 and since December my AC/Heater is not working. Is February 2023 and it’s still not working. I have done everything! Call the office, go personally and talk to the property manager and I have also posted SEVERAL service requests. Besides my AC not working…. The first month of living here, the property manager opened my door the supposedly show my apartment to “potential new residents”. The so called property manager did not even check before... opening my apartment. She said “it was an honest mistake “. If THAT IS NOT ENOUGH….. my car got towed because it was under a tree that they were going to cut. NO PREVIOUS NOTICE…. Take my advice, this is the worst place to live. Don't do it.
