Trust me when I say Magnolia on the Green is wonderful; it’s been my home for 4 years. It’s more like a country club resort than an apartment. From the pool, exercise room, several lounges with big screen TVs, a business center, free coffee bar, secure covered parking, all included in my rent. And they love pets! Ask Penny Lane our Cavapoo, she’ll tell you she loves going to the office for treats and a belly rub from the staff. And speaking of staff; big shout out to the maintenance crew. I love everything, the security, the staff, the amenities, the privacy of its corridors everything in conjunction they make the perfect place to live and Allen is a quiet city. I love Magnolia on the green.

The facility is always clean because of the amazing maintenance staff especially Ronna. I see her every morning making sure every where is clean. She is absolutely amazing.

I was really excited to move into the unit. The apartment and amenities looked nice. The day before my move I was told the office was closed and wouldn’t open until 12:30pm. I had Internet & movers at that time. I had to get the unit a day early at 5pm and pay extra for the day, even though this was the office mistake for not telling me the office would be closed until 12:30pm.
By the time I moved in it was too late to realize they have a trash compactor in the garage above my bedroom. It’s... really loud and vibrates. I created a ticket for a response from the office not disclosing to me in advance for putting a trash compactor below me. They closed the ticket and never responded. The units might look nice, but the office staff has put me in a horrible situation. I might have to move again because the noise from the trash compactor is so loud. Read More

This is the first apartment I have ever been in that I have had a major problem with pests and roaches. The building was not built to keep out bugs. The weather stripping on the doors is terrible and I get all kinds of insects. I'm on the third floor and I've had multiple adult crickets in my apartment as well as a major problem with roaches. I've requested pest control yet nobody has ever come into the apartment even though the online system tells me it was completed. They are more concerned... about keeping the apartment complex looking nice than actually making it a livable place. At one point management sent out an email asking residents to stop requesting pest control because the exterminators weren't able to come for a few weeks. THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT even though they market themselves as such. They started a new thing where they are asking dog owners to provide a dna sample so they can identify the poop in case you don't pick it up...
