Too many maintenance issues! I have no problem with the maintenance person or with his performance of his job duties. My issue is with the fact that everything in my apartment is falling apart all the time. Right now I have three separate maintenance requests in because my kitchen sink is leaking, the electricity in the wall plugs in my kitchen has stopped working, the cold water tap in my hallway bathroom no longer works. And because of the electrical issue my dishwasher does not work. Rats... have twice been responsible for chewing through the water supply to my dishwasher and I strongly suspect they are responsible for the leak under the sink and the electrical issue as well. I urge you to consider getting a real exterminator in to take care of the rat problem. They're not in my apartment per se but they're definitely in the wa exterior walls.

No dishwasher for months on end My dishwasher has not worked properly for at least 2 months. Now there is a leak in the kitchen pipes under my sink. I am washing dishes for a family of four in the bathroom sink as a result. This is not acceptable. Repeated maintenance requests have not been answered. Face to face contact in the office has been blown off With excuses. This is not acceptable maintenance performance s.
