Choice of this boiler is poor, however, the efforts of the Manager, Amanda and the Regional Manager, Crystal have been above and beyond.

Maintenance No hot water starting June 8 and received hot water June 15 and was able to have hot shower. This boiler needs to go if there is another problem. Tis is affecting my health.

Nice apartment but rough move in The layout is really nice and it was quite a great area, had a rough time moving in, room wasn't ready for us by the time of move in and we had to wait just about 5 hours to receive the key, staff were really great about it though. The only other issue would be the roach situation, it was quite bad, I mean first 3 days killing over 20 roaches crawling on the kitchen floor, would've likes to see pest control come out and spray a couple of times before we moved in,... but outside of that, They have been very responsive and very helpful to stop the infestation and make sure we are having a good living experience Read More
