I had a health issue and informed them I’d be late on rent this month. I’ve lived here nearly four years, and management has changed three times, but now they’ve blocked me from making a payment and aren’t answering my calls or emails. I was told eviction has started, yet I still haven’t received the required notice to pay or move under Tennessee law. Landlords must give tenants written notice before starting eviction, stating the reason and the time frame to vacate, and for nonpayment of rent... or lease violations, the notice period is 14 days. I’ll be sending a certified letter Friday to their office, which is only open two days a week from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and all other times by appointment.

Very professional and consistent
Courtney has been truly amazing. Very honest and available to assist questions and concerns. The property is beautiful and the courtyards are well kept. I would recommend Chapman Retreat to anyone. Secluded and without doubt a cozy townhome community. I wish I could give 10 stars.
