I've been here a couple months and so far its been great. The monthly events are so fun. I love that I'm so close to downtown Franklin.

Highly recommend
I love living here. The amenities are top notch. The facility and grounds are very well kept. The neighbors are friendly. You would be hard pressed to find a better apartment complex in the area.

Loving it so far - beautiful property
From the views, the amenities, and the staff this place is the best. Recently moved from NJ and I couldn’t be happier that I chose the Mandolin. Big space. Friendly community!
