Marc was an awesome tour guide, and Sarah was super friendly and welcoming. The views of the tree canopy throughout Nashville are super cool! Not many places have a pool that can see so much of the city. I really like the style of finishes in the units. They feel modern but not overly flashy. Because The Sylvan is off the major roads it feels (and sounds) secluded but still has quick easy access to downtown and some nearby restaurants and shopping. It really is a picturesque spot... so much so... that I didn't take more photos during my tour! I'll definitely be back when I get closer to my move date.

Quiet which is nice and very different from the rest of Nashville. The apartment has had some work done but it often still feels like an older unit. Pool is nice as well.
All in all, I would recommend.

All of the staff, main office and maintenance was very helpful during move-in process. The valet trash pickup and going to the pool has been a nice cherry on top.

Lovely staff!! They have nice amenities and plenty of parking. Apartments are a nice size and price for a one bedroom! Little things like cleanliness when moving in and the outside of the buildings could be approved, but overall no complaints!
