I just moved out and not soon enough.
There's a reason there are so many office staff and maintenance personnel with the issues from old buildings and the turnover. Don't let the clubhouse fool you as the property is old and dated, they did good for the office employees. Dozens of abandoned vehicles, packages left outside, dirty apartment lobbies. Just not up to standard for a complex of this size and the price. You can find better.

Old buildings that are dilapidated and visually unappealing from the outside, especially when walking on the outside with a lot of bird droppings everywhere near each apartment, especially on the stairwells. Kind of disgusting. I find it strange that there is so much attention to detail and cleanliness at your first point of contact where not 1 , not 2 , not 3, not 4, but 5 office personnel work. 2 pools (rarely used by residents) and another workout building (again rarely used), yet 2 things... every resident uses are also dilapidated or non-existent (mail boxes and package rooms/lockers). The mailboxes are ancient (decades old) and packages are just left unsecured all over the community (an open invitation for thieves). I just moved in January and I couldn't believe how quickly I was approved. I thought I would be put on a waiting list. I was approved within 5 days off submitting my application. It's in a great area you're about 20 minutes from West End. The office staff are very helpful as well. Definitely recommend this place for futures residents.

I saw the review of "renter beware" and the response. I have not seen an apartment complex without lockers in forever, and would most definitely stay away from due to the sheer number of theft, let alone the packages outside in the cold and heat, even if covered, at all. Huge red flag for me.

The property is great the staff is kind and the maintenance team is quick to respond. The property itself is gorgeous and offers a lot for a renter.
