From move-in to move-out, a full year lease, the apartment at 11 North in Nashville was infested with cockroaches. Weekly spraying was requested through multiple maintenance tickets, but the problem persisted the entire time. It was a sight unseen rental, which made the conditions especially difficult after moving last minute from another state. The interior was extremely dirty, with layers of grime on the cheapest linoleum flooring. First-floor hallways reeked due to indoor trash dumpsters. The... fenced dog park advertised on their website was neglected, consisting only of dirt with no maintenance for multiple seasons. On move-in day, there was no showerhead in the shower. The stackable apartment-sized washer leaked multiple times. Multiple tickets were submitted, but it ended up leaking completely under the wall into the flooring. Multiple attempts to escalate these issues to management were ignored until I escalated even higher. I cannot, and will not recommend this property.

Everything has been mostly good - some things I haven’t been happy with are my doors being left unlocked after pest control comes. Maintenance has been fine and the staff are great but just one of the things I haven’t been happy with was coming back from a trip and finding my door to be unlocked.

Love the location, it is so easy to walk to downtown or the gulch! Not to mention being able to walk to Publix for groceries or Dunkin, which if you’re like me is every day.
