DO NOT LIVE HERE

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Whatever you do, don't live here. I moved out a couple months ago and I encourage all current residents to do the same.

This place has the absolute worst roach infestation ever. We complained multiple times to management and they charged us $300 for a roach clean out that was supposed to completely get rid of them, only for us to see one in our dining room the exact same day the clean out happened. On average, I'd say I saw about 5 roaches per day, just...
in the kitchen, not including the ones we caught in sticky traps.

Management in general was also pretty bad. The way they handled the ice storm was abhorrent. They shut off our water for nearly a week after the storm. They "offered showers in the front office," but it was exclusively during business hours, so anyone with a job (basically all of the residents) couldn't actually go their to shower because we all had to work. It was clearly just to get something in writing so that residents couldn't sue. I had to get a gym membership instead, just to shower. I also know a couple who lived in a different building, and they had to crash at a friend's house for a week because their building also lost power during that time. As far as I know, they never got reimbursed for the rent during the time they couldn't live there. There were also many trees on the property that sustained and caused significant damage that management was slow to clean up. When I moved out, there was still a tree branch hanging down in an area where children often played that management/maintenance still hadn't been removed.

Maintenance was also quite bad. My roommate reported a leak in the ceiling of her room multiple times that they did not fix. The only thing they did was paint over the water spot on the ceiling. They did nothing to fix the leaking roof. They also took quite a long time to fulfill literally any request.

Once again, do not live here. The place is full of roaches, management is awful, and maintenance does a crappy job at doing anything.

Don't do this to yourself

Roach infestation ecerytime someone moves in. Poorly maintained apartments. My car has been broken into twice and there's no cameras on property. The maintenance Supervisor takes forever to respond and belittled me whenever I see him and Alyss in the office has been nothing but rude everytime I've interacted with her

Just no

Cars get broken into and apartments desperately need updating (even though they just renovated, it was all for the appearance and not truly upgrading the apartments). Rent is way too high considering what you’re getting. There’s floods and leaks in units and people have broken their lease early just to leave here. Absolutely wouldn’t rent from here.

Poorly maintained, unfairly priced, no security.

Numerous cars have been damaged and broken into. They have no cameras and have no way to assist you. Apartment has flooded twice, they tried to raise the rent by $400+ with no renovations. They do nothing.
