I’m not the best writer, but I will say boy do I love it here. Feels like a home and a community. I’m obsessed with my apartment as well. I mean you could put a trash bag covered couch in one of these apartments and they’d still look like it belongs in a home magazine.

I've resided here for years and attribute my stay to the prime location, peaceful surroundings, friendly tenants, great management and maintenance staff, and rich history and unique character in each unit.

All in all, it feels like a home.

I think these apartments are seriously some of the most beautiful ones in nashville. It’s really rare to find a historic apartment that -excuse me for saying this- but look like crap. These are really well kept. Maintenance finished my work orders super fast- and has been really efficient. Office staff is good about answering my questions and they’re actually nice to talk to when I pass by on my way to do laundry. Really love living here!

I love the vintage look of Blackstone and how much character there is. I do wish there was more parking, but other than that I truly believe this is a diamond in the rough! What got me was that this was is lowest rent in West End. As we all know the rents are ridiculous now, so it was nice seeing that there are still decently priced apartments. Broke a lease 6 months early and 4 years later the Lee apartments are suing me for nearly $4,000!!! I broke the lease because of the mice in the walls and in my apartment. I had made over 5 maintenance requests within the first few months of living there (i.e. pipes leaking). DO NOT LIVE HERE..there were also cockroaches all in the stairwell, which you had to take 75% of the time because the elevator was always broken.
