I’ve been living at Neuhoff for about six months, and unfortunately, I have to share a very concerning experience. For the past two months, my water bills have indicated an extreme usage—around 7,000 gallons in just 10 days—suggesting a serious leak. When I brought this to the leasing office, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. On top of that, the amenities are often locked, packages frequently go missing, and the concierge staff is not welcoming. Most alarmingly, a cleaning staff member... from the complex entered my apartment unannounced, and no one can explain why. For a so-called luxury building, the level of service and security is extremely disappointing. I hope management will take these issues seriously.

Beautiful property, kind staff
This is easily one of the most beautiful properties in Nashville. The build quality is high with real hardwood floors, Bosch appliances, definitely an upgrade from most Germantown apartments. The staff is kind and I have no complaints. I love everything about the community.

Nice new build with growing pains
I am one of the first residents and was really excited to move in and be part of the community. There are pros and cons so far for sure, but overall for the price and the hype I am surprised by the issues I have experienced.
Pros: - Amazing staff who are super kind and dedicated to helping (should out to my girls Amy and Kaleia at the front desk) - Beautiful finishings with incredible floor to ceiling windows - Incredible appliances - Good amenities (trash pickup, high-speed wifi, cute but... small pool, concierge) - Great neighborhood that is slated to continue to grow
Cons: - They didn't build any "service" size elevators (baffling) so folks have had issues getting larger furniture up to their apartment, myself included - All of the door keys are done through an app, so you always have to have your phone on you, and my door lock was malfunctioning for the fire few days and I couldn't lock my door - The bedrooms are VERY SMALL, like New York City size with tiny closets. The ways the doors are installed also mean you can only open them partially - Basically no storage. Most apartments in Nashville I've seen at least have a coat closet and a walk-in and there is nothing aside from the tiny bedroom closet for my 1-bed - Teeny tiny dog park in this massive court yard that is otherwise just weird houseplants?
