The office staff are always very responsive and helpful, the maintenance team are friendly and quick to fix. Our gym is incredible, the views from the deck can’t be beat.

Living at Modera Germantown has been such a great experience. From day one, it felt like home—modern finishes, tall ceilings, and tons of natural light make the space so inviting.

The location is hard to beat. I love being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and parks. Germantown has such a warm, community feel, and Modera is right in the middle of it.

I use the gym often, and the pool is a great place to relax. Maintenance has been responsive, and overall the building is really well... kept. My only complaint is that the office staff can be hard to communicate with at times.

All in all, I’d definitely recommend Modera to anyone looking for a stylish, well-located home in Nashville!

The tour covered everything you'd need to know and their leasing office was incredibly helpful. The area is wonderful and walk-able and very pet friendly.

Overall a good place to live. Main complaints were the construction/road for entry. Guest parking was great before adding the paid service. The parking garage in pretty tight and people drive kind of crazy in there
