I want to be very clear that I am extremely unhappy with my experience at this apartment complex. The continued issues with stolen packages, attempted vehicle theft, non-functioning cameras without proper resident notification, unresolved noise complaints, trash issues, and lack of enforcement of basic community policies have made it clear that resident safety and a peaceful living environment are simply not a priority here.
All of these issues combined are ultimately why I decided to leave.... Living here has caused me an extreme amount of unnecessary stress, and today’s situation with my vehicle being initiated for towing while I was actively moving out was honestly the final straw.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here and would never recommend this complex to anyone. I am genuinely relieved to be leaving.

I haven't even toured Highland East yet. The conversation with Crystal on the phone blew me away! I'm touring this November. Crystal, your professionalism, kindness, super humble, excellent customer service, and so much more was awesome! My conversation with you impressed me like 100000000% and I haven't even toured yet. Crystal is a God send! My move took longer than expected but Crystal stayed late, extremely late honestly to get the job done and make sure I had a roof over my head! Forever grateful to have met and worked with Crystal at Highland East Apartments!
