As my first apartment in Nashville, TN I am really happy with Dominion House! The staff is really nice, and problems are attended to in a timely manner. Everything is in pretty good condition and I absolutely love the size of the 1 bedroom for the price.
My favorite thing about this apartment is the location! I was told that everything was 15 minutes away, and that was definitely not a lie! Every place I have had to go has been no more than 20 minutes away, making gas really reasonable. It is... close to the airport, downtown, movie theaters, restaurants, food stores (walmart is 5 minutes away), and a lot more.
When it comes to safety, there is no security guards or gates, but the environment so far has been pretty safe. There are a lot of other apartment complexes situated right next to Dominion House which I think helps out with it being more safe. It is like a little apartment community.
Well all that said, I definitely would recommend this apartment. A few things could definitely be improved upon (such as the pool being cleaned more regularly), but overall I feel safe, love the location and the price is a good price for what is offered. It is not the best on the market, but it works :).

Decent place for someone on a budget
This property is decent for what you pay. The two bedroom is a nice size for a family or just to have as extra storage. It's not the most lavish place, but it gets the job done. The only concern is that this property has gone through 3 management changes since I've been here over a 2 year span. The walls are thin so you will tend to hear your neighbors. Overall it can be a quiet property especially at night. There are a lot of children. The population is mostly Hispanic. I'm not sure what the... current rate is now, but for $714 a month I get what I pay for.
