It's ok here it was rough in the beginning but everything worked out. I do wish it would have gone smoother but it's all good but it's the middle of my first month and I still have no mail key...

There were soooooo many roaches it was ridiculous! Maintenance refuses to fix things, and in the short time I lived there they changed management companies twice! They also lied about every single amenity on the property.The pool is always green, the picnic area is always dirty, and they claim to have a gym, but the door was always locked. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Pretty smooth process to lease our new apartment. It did involve a lot of back and forth texting and phone calls but finally it worked out. The apartment really needed to be cleaned better, the washer and dryer were extremely dirty took about 3 hours to throughly clean them. But for most part it was as a good experience

Lived here shortly after the owners changed and have been very happy. The community is quiet, friendly and family-oriented. The parking lot is actually clean.. especially compared to other places that I have lived around Nashville and the office staff and maintenance are very helpful. We will definitely be renewing.

The apartment at 1830 are very nice and roomy. The property manager is very nice and friendly. I love the quiet neighborhood. The location is around all the major buildings.
