Maintenance SUCKS. Like literally sucks. Ive had the maintenance on multiple occasions come in and say “ill be back” and never come back. Office gossips about others. They do not seem to care AT ALL about ANY of their tenants. They will seem to care the first couple months probably because you’re new and then not at all. Maintenance deletes service requests without completing them. They dont upkeep the apartments. They do the absolute bare minimum. I was gone for 2 weeks and asked them to fix... our tub because it is filled with mold and nobody ever came. When i first moved in maintenance would come in without knocking. Last summer I was in the shower alone in the house while pregnant and the maintenance walked into my house and when i freaked out and asked them to leave because I WAS TAKING A SHOWER IN A HOUSE ALONE. They said “were trying to fix ___” and i had to ask MULTIPLE times for them to actually leave my home and they never came back to fix what they were fixing and is still broken a yr later despite numerous maintenance requests that keep being deleted by employees. They’re rent is ridiculous for the quality of the apartment you get and the services they provide. Today i woke up and my ac was broken. It was 76. I have a 9 month old and a dog and nobody came until 3 and they gave us a tiny portable ac to try to cool the house down. It is now 83 degrees and We now have to stay in a hotel because they were too lazy to go pick up the part that was needed. Everyone i have talked to has hated living here. Read More
