Jamie Knight – Managing Broker | House Realty, LLC With over 17 years of experience in real estate, Jamie Knight is a highly respected Managing Broker in Middle Tennessee. She is dedicated to helping buyers achieve homeownership with ease, specializing in assisting military families and first-time homebuyers. In 2015, Jamie purchased four EXIT Realty franchises, opening offices in Donelson, Hermitage, and Old Hickory, with plans for a fourth location in Antioch. By late 2015, EXIT Realty Lakeside in Hermitage was operational, followed by EXIT Realty Riverside in Donelson in September 2017. At the end of 2019, Jamie transitioned away from franchise ownership and founded House Realty, LLC, an independent brokerage built on integrity, personalized service, and client success. Jamie is also a licensed Real Estate Instructor and founded The Real Estate Academy in 2019, furthering her commitment to real estate education. Her expertise is backed by the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) designations. She has previously been involved with the National Association of Professional Women and served as the 2018 President-Elect of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. A Middle Tennessee native, Jamie graduated from Cheatham County Central High School before earning an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting. Her early career in accounting, working with contractors and clients, provided her with valuable financial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills—expertise she applies daily as a real estate professional. Beyond real estate, Jamie is committed to community service. She voluntarily serves on the La Vergne Beer Board and Industrial Development Board, contributing to local governance and economic growth. In August 2024, Jamie co-founded the League of Professional Real Estate Consultants, an organization providing an alternative for real estate agents without the governing restrictions of NAR. The League focuses on both education and advocacy, ensuring agents have the resources and support they need to thrive in the industry. Jamie’s deep knowledge of the Middle Tennessee market, coupled with her outstanding communication and negotiation skills, allows her to provide clients with a seamless and stress-free home buying or selling experience. She values family above all and enjoys traveling and giving back to those in need.
