I was a guarantor for my daughter who just moved out. The management there are very quick to cheat you out of money. They require a 60 day written notification prior to moving out at the end of the year. This is double the time as required by TN law. They said they sent a notification reminder with details, but we found no records of that. They refused to send an email copy of this notification with email date stamp. Anyhow, my daughter missed the time limit by 14 days. As a result, the... management charged a prorated month to month (MTM) fee for those 14 days. The MTM rates are not on the website, not in the lease, and could only be found in the "notification" that they allegedly sent. The MTM rate was 2.4 times higher than the normal rent. Our rent for 14 days was $1000 MORE than regular rent for a whole month. We tried to fight it but they threatened more fees, so we finally gave up and paid the abusive penalty. 1505 Demonbreun is definitely not recommended as a place to live in Nashville.

Glorified College Frat House - POOR Management
This used to be an upscale properly until after COVID when it turned into a party building. I moved out in 2022, cleared everything with management and parted ways. Today I find they "accidentally" linked my information to some one who failed to pay their rent and sent it to a third party collection agency trying to come after me for an apartment I never rented.
Stay clear of these types of properties, they seem appealing but will cause problems later in life. Rent from a trusted property... management company

Great Location
I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here at 1505! I am excited for the renovations to be done (lol) but I know when they are, all will be amazing! The staff here is great and I can always count on them to help in my time of need.

The worst place I have ever lived
I cannot wait for my lease to be up for multiple reasons. If you value physical safety, personal belonging, quality of sleep and management that communicated well choose somewhere else to live.

I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy
The management company can’t keep an administrative staff. I’m not exaggerating when I say they had 5 or 6 different assistant managers in my 6 months living there. The poor temps deal with the brunt of the issues from tenants and they are never given any information. They are money gouging jerks and don’t care about the residents or making the apartment better. The “security gate” was broken and stuck up for months and the issue was never addressed to tenants. DON’T RENT HERE! I promise you can... find a better option.
