like that the Blding remains locked at all times that not just anybody can walk in and like when the pool is heated warmer , Good and friendly maintance staff and able to fix things quickly

Moving in was a total disappointment. The day of move-in my apartment was not ready and currently still isn’t. I had already hired movers who had moved all of my furniture into my attached garage. Leasing explain that the apartment will be ready by 12 PM and it was not instead, the property had just started renovating the floors to the apartment I was supposed to in the day of move in and said that there was a deeper issue that will push the move date back after everything was already moved in.... Sarah, the apartment manager showed no concern at all, and did not offer a solution to this problem. Sarah during our frustration, went back into her office and got behind the computer desk and did not update us on where we were moving next. Thankfully, the apartment that we did eventually moving into was not the apartment that we chose, but ended up being a very nice apartment thanks to Savannah and Ariel for being boot on the ground and making our family feel so comfortable in this time chaos.
