Overall, the pricing here is reasonable for the area, and the property has a nice, homey feel. The outside has always been well kept and makes it feel welcoming when you come home.

During my two years living here, I did deal with a couple of maintenance issues, including flooding and AC problems, which was frustrating at times. That said, it seemed more like an unfortunate coincidence, as both systems were older and ended up needing replacement during my time here. From what I’ve seen, many... units have already been updated, so I don’t think this would be an issue for new residents.

I do want to note that the maintenance team has consistently been responsive and professional when addressing concerns. There has been a clear level of care and follow-through in making sure issues were actually resolved rather than temporarily fixed / pushed off. Communication has been solid, and I’ve appreciated the effort put into doing things the right way. Damien, in particular, has stood out as someone who goes the extra mile and brings a positive, helpful attitude to his work. It’s something that really stands out, especially in roles where people are representing a company day to day. I really do think that both the management and maintenance team here are wonderful, which makes a big difference since well this has been my home for two years. 

As I am getting ready to move due to a job opportunity in a couple months, I wanted to acknowledge that I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and have appreciated how the staff treats residents with respect and follows through.

Columbia Hills Apartments is a "great place" to call home. I had the best tour by staff Alyssa who was very informative, knowledgeable, very detailed, full of information, and very kind. Alyssa went out of her way to help with the application process and kept me updated from start to finish. The apartment layout is very spacious and I love the counter tops, as well as the appliances that came with the apartment. This was the best move in experience I have ever had, and hope that this is my last... for a very long time. I am on my 10th year living here and am still happy with this community , and actually I feel it just keeps getting better and better !! I love it here!!!

Moving in is pretty seamless. I wish I had more than two days to fill out that paper, where you tell everything that is wrong, cosmetically. My kitchen cabinets wasn't to stick shut, but I can get past that. My neighbors are very welcoming and the community looks very nice. My son can't wait to jump in the pool!

Great service from the whole staff! I love the property and unit! It’s always so clean and taken care of and friendly staff as well! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new place
