Columbia Hills Apartments is a "great place" to call home. I had the best tour by staff Alyssa who was very informative, knowledgeable, very detailed, full of information, and very kind. Alyssa went out of her way to help with the application process and kept me updated from start to finish. The apartment layout is very spacious and I love the counter tops, as well as the appliances that came with the apartment. This was the best move in experience I have ever had, and hope that this is my last... for a very long time. I highly recommend Columbia Hills Apartments to be your next and last home, please come join our community you will not be sorry, I'm not!!

Moving in is pretty seamless. I wish I had more than two days to fill out that paper, where you tell everything that is wrong, cosmetically. My kitchen cabinets wasn't to stick shut, but I can get past that. My neighbors are very welcoming and the community looks very nice. My son can't wait to jump in the pool!

After being here for almost 6 years i can say that what community we have at this apartment is pretty solid. I don't know about others experience but I've never had any problems. The grounds have been staying especially clean as of recent and I've enjoyed my experience
