We lived at Poplar Place Townhomes for one year, and it was one issue after another — lost payments, poor communication, and repeated mistakes by management. The rent is extremely high for the quality of the unit, and our electric bill reached nearly $850 during the winter due to poor insulation and outdated systems. Even after moving out, it took over ten weeks and multiple calls to finally receive our deposit refund. Keep every receipt and document everything if you plan to live here.

It was an overall decent stay until I moved into my 3 bedroom apartment. Yolanda moved me in knowing it was roach infested, when I asked to move she wouldn’t accommodate me. Pest control doesn’t come regularly and that’s a problem because I have children. A lot of holes in hard to reach areas so insects are getting into the home. Rent is far way to high for the quality of these apartments.

Wrong Information
Riverdale School does not belong to Shlpy district where the apartments located, it belongs to Germantown district. They add extra $90 dollars on the rent, they told me about it on the moving day.

The living space of these apartment homes are very generous. The space in each bedroom could easily be divided into another bedroom. Some negatives would be these units are old and the upkeep has not been the best and it really shows. I would hope that in the future they would find qualified contractors.
