Home Sweet Home
Jonathan is absolutely professional and amazing and very attentive to your needs and concerns. He will go beyond high grounds to get you exactly what you're asking for. He was very helpful and patient with me and I am forever grateful. The Crescent at 161 is the place to be.

They need to do better
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The units are not maintained as it is but we as tenants have to deal with sooo many inconveniences. When I first did my application and paid my deposit, my move-in date was changed about 3 times. Also during that time I was having issues with the rent cafe app and the manager was basically unwilling to help til I called rent cafe while in her office so she could hear the rent cafe rep advise she had to send in a... request to have issue fixed. All of this was within the first couple of months I moved in. Now fast forward to May...my mail has recently started not being delivered. Spoke with Post office here in Walls and she advised a man came into their office on yesterday asking about his mail from my address. I informed the Post office that there isn't a man that lives here. She suggested maybe it was an old tenant. Called office and they would not confirm or deny if mailbox keys from previous tenants had been turned in. They stated my lock to mailbox would be changed today. There is soo much inconvenience going on at this point as I am awaiting important documents. I would save myself the headache rather than moving here.
And spider webs everywhere. They refuse to pressure wash the buildings.

Awesome staff!!
The property manager and the entire staff are understanding and willing to help in any way they can! All it takes is great communication. The service is 100% satisfaction every time I have an issue. Quiet neighborhood/ clean environment, definitely recommend.
